Payment & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification before item(s) are shipped.
Tracking
At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
Pre-Orders*
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the pre-order page at time of order placement.
Please kindly note, Pre-orders can be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Alternatively a store credit will be issued for one year use on the online store.
Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & and shipment held by customs.
Cache Inventory is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays or change of mind/sizing. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

Cacheinventory.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal*, and Apple Pay.
Returns & Refunds
Returns made within 60 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 60 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled or exchanged. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.
Please Note, Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Cache Inventory. Underwear, swimwear, and other merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for providing their own return label unless they were sent the wrong order. (Store Error)
